CORONAVIRUS INFO AND YOUR HOLIDAY
Firstly, we do hope all our customers are well, stay well and safe in these uncertain times, and have a Happy Easter!

Secondly, we would like to thank our customers who have either transferred their holidays to a different date, or allowed us to hold their payment on account for future booking(s)
This is a very worrying time for us, and this has of course been a great help, as only a very small amount of money is coming in to our small family business at this time, and all the usual bills for our business are of course still having to be paid.

Manor Park caravan park in Hunstanton (owned by Parkdean Resorts), where our privately owned caravans are situated, is now hoping to reopen on 1st May, but of course this will depend on government guidelines at the time.
If you would like to provisionally book a caravan with arrival date from 1st May until 30th June inclusive please do, but please do not send any payment as yet.
When you have filled in your booking form it will ask you to choose a payment method,
so please choose one -
If you would like to book a caravan with arrival date from 1st July, please book and pay your (non refundable) booking deposit as usual, and we will be in touch regarding payment for the balance as it falls due.
We will be ensuring our 3 privately owned caravans on Manor Park are thoroughly cleaned / sanitised after each stay as normal.
We also have an ozone generator (ours is one of the most effective models on the British market)
This will be used before each visit to help sanitise your caravan.
Unfortunately due to the extra time needed to use our machine safely, arrival time will now be after 4pm. If your caravan is ready before we will let you know.

Terms & conditions
A non refundable/transferable booking deposit of £75 for each week or part wk is due upon booking.
Note we do charge an extra security bond of £50 for our caravans, payable with the
balance, which will be refunded within 7 working days after departure, providing
they are left in the same condition as when you arrive -
The booking will be confirmed once cleared payment of the booking deposit is received, which should be within 48 hours if paying by Paypal/credit/debit card online or by bank xfer, or if paying by cheque or postal order this should be received within 7 days. The balance of the pmt for your holiday is due 8 wks before arrival. If cleared payment of the balance is not received by 8 wks before arrival your holiday may be cancelled.
For bookings made less than 8 wks before arrival, payment of the full amount due should be made immediately to confirm the booking.
* * Holiday Cancellation and Insurance * *
Cancellation & charges, and alterations to your holiday
If you have to cancel for any reason please let us know straightaway. This must be advised in writing by the person who booked, either by email or by text, via the email or mobile number on the original booking form only.
1) If you notify us that you need to cancel your holiday 57 days or more before arrival date:
The cancellation fee will be the non refundable £75 per week booking deposit(s)
2) If you cancel your holiday 56 days or less before arrival date, any payments made are non refundable, apart from the refundable bond (which is paid to us with the balance payment, and not paid to us with the booking deposit) which will be refunded straightaway.
*3) Please note: for any bookings transferred to another date due to coronavirus, no refunds will be given if these bookings are subsequently cancelled.
We therefore suggest you take out your own Holiday Cancellation Insurance which you
can buy online, from your bank, or local insurance broker. (We have looked on a comparison
site online and there are many basic policies online you can buy for under £30 -
Alterations to your holiday date and/or accommodation by you
These must be requested in writing by the person who booked, either by email or by text, via the email or mobile number on the original booking form only.
We regret we are unable to amend any arrival dates unless you notify us by 56 days before arrival.
If you contact us 57 days or more before arrival, we will consider a change of date and / or caravan if available, and only ONE change of dates accepted.
If the price is more than the original booking the balance will then be due.
If the price is less than the original booking we will hold any overpayment in your account for a future booking.
Alterations to your holiday date and/or accommodation by us
in the unlikely event that any of our caravans become unfit for hire due to accident, damage, or circumstances beyond our control, we will do our best to offer you another caravan, or another date.

Arrival & departure times
Your caravan will be available from 2pm. we will text keysafe info the day before arrival. Departure time 10am latest on day of departure
We provide duvets, duvet protectors, mattress protectors, pillow protectors, & pillows
Please note: Mattress, pillow, and duvet protectors are provided for the comfort
of our guests -
If an unforeseen accident occurs there is a launderette on site where items can be cleaned & dried before they are needed again. Please replace any soiled duvets.
There is strictly no smoking in any of our caravans or on deckings. If you smoke outside please ensure that you dispose of ash and other rubbish safely and responsibly. Please do not smoke through windows or in doorways, or stub out cigarettes on any decking or outdoor furniture. You will be charged if we have to hire machine to remove the smell.
If we have to hire a special machine to do a deep clean you will be charged the rate at the time, around £30. If it needs a second treatment, the charge will be around £60 etc.
Maximum of 4 dogs allowed, first 2 dogs free -
The following dogs are not permitted on the Park: Pit Bull Terriers, Japanese Tosa, Dogo Argentino and Fila Brasiliero.
If any dog is proving to be a nuisance, we reserve the right to ask you to remove it from the Park.
Dogs should not be allowed on the beds or furniture unless covered with your own covers. We cannot be held responsible for any accident or injury to a dog during their stay.
Other pets may be allowed -
Children remain the responsibility of their parent/guardians at all times.
A maximum of 4 people allowed in all these caravans. The person booking must be 25
years of age or older, and must be in attendance during the dates of the booking.
However, at our discretion, we may consider couples or family groups under 25 but
over 18 -
The maximum number of people entitled to stay at each caravan is advertised on the web page for each property and only those people named on the booking form are entitled to stay. If we find that people other than are on the booking form are using the property, you will be asked to leave immediately without any refund.
We reserve the right to terminate the booking of any guest(s) whose behaviour interferes with the general comfort and safety of other guests and staff. In this event no refund will be made.
This may include but is not limited to verbal or physical abuse. If anyone is asked to leave the site by Security they will not receive any refund.
Please note Manor Park only has a leisure licence, and going to work from your caravan is not allowed, thank you
At the end of your holiday, we expect all our guests to leave the caravan in the
same condition as they find it on their arrival -
If any breakages or spillages occur during your stay then please give us a call straight
We can then try to put things in order before the next guests arrive, & ensure you
can continue to enjoy your stay with a full complement of equipment etc. -
Your personal belongings are your responsibility at all times, & we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage INCLUDING phones,laptops,computers,games machines or any other electronic or mechanical devices.
Entertainment Passes not included in the cost of your holiday. These can be obtained from Reception. Price varies, depending on dates.
Park WiFi is available throughout the site, pay as you go, and is free in the complex.
Events beyond our control:
Except where otherwise expressly stated in these terms, we are not responsible for
events beyond our control. This means any event beyond our control or our suppliers’
Examples include, but not limited to, war and acts of terrorism (and threat of these), civil war, significant risks to human health such as the outbreak of serious disease / epidemic / pandemic at the travel destination, or natural disasters such as floods, earthquakes or bad weather conditions which make it impossible to travel safely to the travel destination or remain at the travel destination.
This also includes the act of any government or other national or local authority, any industrial dispute and labour strikes, any natural or nuclear disaster, fire, chemical or biological disaster, and unavoidable technical problems with transport and all similar events outside our control or our supplier’s control
