GENERAL ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

If Manor Park is not open for your arrival date for any reason, we would be most grateful if you would either transfer your break to a future date, or allow us to hold your payment on account for a future booking, thank you, otherwise all payments will be refunded.

We will be ensuring our privately owned caravan on Manor Park is thoroughly cleaned / sanitised after each stay as normal.

We also have an ozone generator  - ours is one of the most effective models on the British market, and will be used before each visit to help sanitise your caravan. If you would like more info please ask.

Unfortunately due to the extra time needed to use our machine safely, arrival time will now be after 4pm. If your caravan is ready before we will let you know.

NOTE: We will NOT be supplying bed linen or duvets for the foreseeable future, for everyone’s safety, but will be supplying pillows. The mattresses and pillows, will all have REUSABLE waterproof wipeable protectors, NOT TO BE REMOVED. These will be disinfected after each stay.

If anything changes it will be shown here

Thank you

Helen & Tim
